CRM for Home Staging Companies

Consultations, proposals, install days and de-stages in one system — with each staged house, its agent and its rental term on record.

Free forever for up to 3 users. Paid plans from $199 a month.

What goes wrong, and what we do about it

Staging runs on the listing calendar, not yours. The agent wants the house ready before the photographer comes, the install crew needs the truck that morning, and nobody can say when the home will sell and the furniture must come back. Between the walk-through and the de-stage sit a proposal, a signed agreement, an initial term and month after month of rental extensions that are easy to forget to bill.

  • The problem

The agent needs the house staged before the photo shoot, and your install days are in a notebook.

    In Kompot.ai

Each install is a job with the address, the crew, a time window and the photo date in its notes. It sits on the shared calendar next to consultations and de-stages, so you see whether the crew is free before you promise a day.

  • The problem

A proposal goes to the seller and the agent, and you never learn whether anyone opened it.

    In Kompot.ai

Build the staging proposal as an estimate from your price list — consultation, design fee, initial term, monthly extension. You see when it was viewed and approved, and the approved estimate converts into the first invoice.

  • The problem

The initial term ends, the house is still on the market, and the extension is never billed.

    In Kompot.ai

Keep the term end date on the client and bill the monthly furniture rental as a subscription invoice with a payment link. A scheduled workflow creates a task before the term ends so you confirm the extension with the agent.

  • The problem

The house goes under contract and you learn about the de-stage at the last minute.

    In Kompot.ai

A de-stage is its own job type with the pickup window, the crew and the lockbox notes. When the opportunity moves to sold, a workflow creates the task to schedule it and messages the agent to ask for the closing date.

  • The problem

Nobody remembers which sofa and which art went into which house.

    In Kompot.ai

Attach the pull list and the install photos to the job for that house. At de-stage the crew opens the job on a phone and checks what comes back against the list and the photos.

How one order runs

From a walk-through to the de-stage

  1. Consultation is booked

The agent or homeowner picks a walk-through slot on your booking page. The contact holds the listing address, whether the home is vacant or occupied, and the photo date.

  2. Proposal and agreement

You send the proposal as an estimate and the staging agreement to the homeowner for e-signature. The approved estimate becomes the invoice for the initial term.

  3. Install day

The install job lists the crew, the time window and the pull list. Afterward you add photos of each room, and the rental term end date goes on the client.

  4. Extensions and de-stage

Monthly rental bills as a subscription invoice until the home sells. Then a de-stage job is scheduled, the furniture comes back, and the last invoice is paid by link.

Where an AI employee steps in for Home Staging Companies

  • The moment

An agent messages on a Friday night: new listing, vacant, photos next week — can you stage it?

The AI employee asks for the address, the number of rooms and the photo date, saves them on the contact, opens an opportunity and sends the link to book a walk-through. It quotes no price; your instructions leave that to the proposal.

  • The moment

A homeowner calls to ask whether they can use the staged sofa while living in the house.

The voice agent answers from your instructions on occupied staging and care of the furniture. If the caller reports damage, it transfers the call to you. The transcript and summary stay on the client's record.

  • The moment

A seller asks in the website chat when the rental term ends and what an extension costs.

The AI employee looks up the term end date on their record and the extension terms in the knowledge base, answers, and creates a task for you if they want to end the staging early.

How digital employees work

Questions owners ask

Does Kompot.ai track every piece of furniture I own?
It does not count pieces or show what is available. You keep a pull list and install photos on the job for each house, so you know what went where and have something to check against at de-stage.
Can I bill the monthly rental automatically after the initial term?
Yes. Set up a subscription invoice that bills monthly, with a card payment link. When the home sells you stop it; an unpaid month is flagged as overdue, and a workflow can remind the client.
Who signs the staging agreement — the agent or the homeowner?
Whoever your contract names. A document can have several signers, so the homeowner and the agent can both sign the same agreement by link, and you keep the audit trail and the PDF.
Can the agent see how the staging is going without calling me?
Yes. Put the house in a project and share it by link. The agent sees the tasks — proposal approved, install scheduled, photos done — and can leave a comment.
