Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
If you are a business customer processing personal data of EU/EEA residents under GDPR, you may need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us.
When do you need a DPA? If you use Kompot to store or process personal data of individuals located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, GDPR requires a DPA between you (the Controller) and us (the Processor).
By continuing to use the Service after reviewing the DPA, you accept its terms. If you require a signed copy for your records, please contact us.
