Users
Settings → Users lists everyone with access to the workspace: role, status and last sign-in.
The toggle in a row temporarily disables a person without deleting them: they cannot sign in, and their tasks and history are kept.
Adding a person
There are two ways.
Add by hand. Click Add User and enter the name, email and role. The person gets an invitation email.
Invite link. In Settings → Invite User, choose a role and click Create Link. Everyone who signs up with this link gets that role. Handy when several people join at once.
Roles
A role defines what a person sees and can do. Ready-made roles:
| Role | For whom |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, including deleting the workspace |
| Administrator | Settings and user management |
| Manager | Contacts, opportunities, invoices |
| Technician | The tasks and jobs assigned to them |
| Accountant | Full access to finances, read-only for the rest |
| Marketer | Campaigns and audience work |
Changing permissions
Click the pencil in a role's row to change its permissions, or Create Role for your own. Permissions are set per section: view, create, edit, delete.
The Owner and Administrator roles cannot be changed.
Roles of digital employees
The same list holds the roles of digital employees. A role's permissions define which actions an AI employee can take in the system. See Digital employees.
