The AI assistant is a helper inside the workspace. You write to it in plain words and it finds data and takes action: creates contacts and tasks, shows overdue invoices, changes settings.
The assistant opens with the sparkles icon in the top menu.
What you can ask
Find and count
- "Which invoices are overdue and how much are we owed?"
- "Show opportunities in negotiation above 10,000."
- "What do I have planned for tomorrow?"
Do
- "Create a task to call Brian King tomorrow at 10."
- "Add a contact: Maria Lopez, phone such-and-such."
- "Send this customer an invoice for a water heater replacement."
Set the system up
- "Add a service called Drain cleaning for 149 to the catalog."
- "Rename the pipeline stages to match our process."
- "Invite our technician to the system."
Under each answer you see which actions the assistant took, and record names in the answer are links to those records.
Setting the system up by conversation
After sign-up the assistant continues setting up the workspace: it checks what is already done and suggests the next step — service catalog, pipeline stages, team, channels. You can go at your own pace and come back later.
What the assistant knows about the company
The assistant reads the knowledge base: company profile, services, rules. The more exact it is, the more exact the answers.
Permissions
The assistant acts on behalf of the person talking to it, with that person's permissions. Someone without access to finances does not get financial data through the assistant either.
Services set up by the Kompot team
Some things need specialists: a website, a voice agent on the phone, AI in messengers, online payments. If you ask the assistant for one, it passes the request to the Kompot team and a manager gets in touch.
Dialogues
Dialogues are listed on the left. Each keeps its own history, so you can return to a conversation. Start a new one with the + button.
Assistant settings
Extra instructions for the assistant are set in Settings → Internal Assistant: for example, how to address the team or which rules to keep in mind.
