Regional settings are in Settings → General.
Language
English and Russian are supported. The language is chosen in the Language field. The AI assistant speaks to you in the same language, whatever language you write in.
Currency
The currency is used in opportunities, estimates, invoices and reports. Next to the field is an example of how an amount will look.
When the currency changes, existing records keep the old one: an invoice issued in dollars stays in dollars. No conversion by exchange rate is done.
Timezone
The workspace timezone applies to new users. Each person can set their own in their profile.
Date and time format
Choose the short and long date formats and 12- or 24-hour time. An example is shown next to each.
What is set automatically
During setup the language, currency, timezone and date format are chosen from the company's location. If the location is not given, US settings apply: dollars and the American date format.
FAQ
Can some invoices be in another currency? The currency is set for the whole workspace. Records created before a change keep the previous currency.
People on the team speak different languages — what then? The interface language is stored in the user profile, so each person works in their own.
