Full sets, fills, lash lifts and brow lamination on one calendar — with each client's curl, lengths, adhesive and patch test date on her card.

Free forever for up to 3 users. Paid plans from $199 a month.

What goes wrong, and what we do about it

A lash studio works with its hands full and the client's eyes closed, so nobody answers the phone for two hours at a time. The business depends on the fill cycle: come back in time and it is a fill, come back late and it is a new full set and an argument about the price. The map of curls and lengths, the adhesive she tolerates and the date of her patch test tend to live in the artist's notes on a phone, if anywhere.

  • The problem

A client asks for the same set as last time, and the map of curls and lengths was never written down.

    In Kompot.ai

Keep the lash map on the contact as custom fields: style, curl, lengths from inner to outer corner, thickness, adhesive. Add a photo of the finished set. On her next visit any artist in the studio reads the map before picking up the tweezers.

  • The problem

She books a fill, arrives with a handful of extensions left, and the slot is too short for a full set.

    In Kompot.ai

Publish your fill rule in a public knowledge base category and keep it as a saved reply. The date of her last set is a field on the contact, and a scheduled workflow messages her with the booking link while the visit still counts as a fill.

  • The problem

A new client reacts to the adhesive, and there is no record that a patch test was offered.

    In Kompot.ai

Record the patch test date and its result as fields on the contact. Before the first set she signs your consent form from a document template — by link at home or by QR code in the studio — and the signed PDF with its audit trail stays on her record.

  • The problem

Clients wet their lashes the first evening and then blame the studio for poor retention.

    In Kompot.ai

A workflow sends your aftercare rules as a message right after the visit: no water or steam at first, no oil-based remover, brush daily. The message is in her conversation log, so a retention complaint starts from what she was told.

  • The problem

A solo artist loses new clients because messages go unanswered during every long set.

    In Kompot.ai

The online booking page lets a new client pick a free slot while you are working. Questions about classic versus volume or how long a lift lasts are covered by saved replies that you send between clients, with every messenger gathered in one place.

How one order runs

From a first full set to a regular fill cycle

  1. The first question

She asks in a messenger what classic, hybrid and volume look like and what a set costs. The chat is saved on a new contact, and she gets your patch test terms and the booking link.

  2. Patch test and consent

The patch test date goes on her card. She opens the consent form by QR code, signs it on her own phone, and the signed copy is filed on her contact before the set begins.

  3. The set and the map

After the set the artist records style, curl, lengths, thickness and adhesive in the fields and adds a photo. A workflow then sends the aftercare message.

  4. Payment and the fill window

The set is invoiced from the price list, with a payment link if she pays by card online. The set date starts the fill reminder, which arrives with the booking link.

Digital employees · Full Service plan

Where an AI employee steps in for Lash & Brow Studios

  • The moment

A client writes on WhatsApp asking for a fill, and her last set was a long time ago.

The AI employee looks up the date of her last set on her contact, explains your fill rule from the knowledge base and sends the booking link. If she disagrees about what counts as a fill, it passes the chat to the artist instead of settling the price itself.

  • The moment

Someone asks in the website chat whether extensions are safe for her sensitive eyes.

The AI employee does not give medical advice. It explains from your instructions that the studio offers a patch test before a first set, creates a contact with her question and hands the conversation to the artist for a personal answer.

  • The moment

The phone rings while the artist is halfway through a volume set and cannot speak.

The voice agent answers, describes the services and where the studio is, and takes the caller's name and what she wants done. The recording, transcript and summary are saved on a contact, and a workflow creates a task to message her after the set.

How digital employees work

Questions owners ask

Can I keep each client's lash map and adhesive on file?
Yes. Create custom fields on the contact for style, curl, lengths, thickness and adhesive, and attach a photo of the set. The fields are the same for every client, so a colleague covering your day reads them without asking you.
Can clients sign a consent form before their first set?
Yes. Turn your consent text into a document template. Send it by email or link the day before, or let her scan a QR code when she arrives. The signature, the audit trail and the PDF are kept with her lash map on the same contact.
Can it remind clients before their fill window closes?
Yes. Keep the date of the last set in a field and let a scheduled workflow message her with your booking link when the fill is due. It can also create a task for you to write to her personally.
I work alone from one room. Is this too much system for me?
No. Start on the Free plan with your client list and your deals, opened in your phone's browser between appointments. The rest comes with the paid plans, and the AI employee that answers messages while you work is part of the Full Service plan.
