Business phone system with call recording, inside your CRM
Your team makes and receives calls in the same place where it keeps the customer. Every call is saved on the customer's record with its recording, and the transcript is prepared in the background.
What it does
A customer says they were quoted a different price over the phone. Nobody remembers the call, the employee who took it is off today, and it came to their personal phone. As long as calls go through personal phones, everything that was said stays with whoever said it. Here calls run through a number connected to your workspace. You call and answer inside the system, and every call is saved on the customer's record with a recording and a transcript. Anyone who has access opens the record and hears what was agreed.
Your number at your carrier
Calls run through a number at Twilio, Telnyx or Vonage that you connect to the workspace. The number is connected to the company's workspace, not tied to one employee's personal phone.
Call and answer in the system
You make and receive calls inside the system, right where the customer's contact, opportunities, invoices and notes already are. The conversation and the record sit in one place.
Every call is recorded
Each call is saved on the customer's record together with its recording. If there is a dispute about what was promised, or a new employee needs to understand the history, you play the recording instead of questioning colleagues.
Transcription in the background
Transcription starts in the background after the call. Each call shows its transcript status, so it is clear whether the text is ready or still in progress. You can read a conversation instead of listening to it again.
Unknown number, new contact
If a call comes from a number that is not among your contacts, the system creates a new contact. The very first call from a new customer has a record where the recording, the notes and a task for the next step go.
Calls next to the messages
Calls go into the same customer log as emails, SMS and messenger chats. You see things in order: the call, the message after it, the customer's reply. SMS are sent through the same connected carrier.
How it works
Connect a number
Connect your number at Twilio, Telnyx or Vonage to the workspace. On the Full Service plan we do the setup for you.
Make and take calls
Your staff call and answer inside the system, in a browser. A call from an unknown number creates a new contact.
The call is saved
After the conversation it appears on the customer's record together with the recording. Transcription starts in the background, and the call shows its status.
Work with what was said
Read the transcript or play the recording, leave a note and create a task with an assignee and a due date, so the next step has someone responsible.
Good to know
- You need a number at Twilio, Telnyx or Vonage connected to the workspace. Without a connected number there will be no calls in the system.
- The transcript does not appear right after you hang up: it is prepared in the background, and the call shows its status in the meantime.
- The system runs in a browser, including the browser on a phone; there is no separate program to install. The Free plan does not include telephony.
Which plan includes it
Telephony is included in Full Service: $499 a month for up to 25 users, with every feature and the setup done by us, including connecting your number. The Free plan has no telephony. The voice agent that answers calls by itself is also in Full Service: 60 minutes a month are included, and each further minute costs $0.45.

- Which phone carriers does it work with?
- Twilio, Telnyx and Vonage. You connect a number you have with one of them to the workspace, and from then on you make and receive calls on that number inside the system. On the Full Service plan the connection is part of the setup we do.
- Are all calls recorded, or only some of them?
- Every call is saved on the customer's record together with its recording. That covers the calls you make and the calls you receive: after the conversation the recording is on the record, and transcription starts in the background.
- How quickly does the transcript of a call appear?
- There is no exact time. The transcript is prepared in the background, and each call shows its status, so you can see whether the text is ready. The recording itself is saved with the call on the customer's record.
- Who answers a call when everyone on the team is busy?
- Nobody on the team: a person has to pick up. For those cases there is a separate feature, the voice agent, which answers incoming calls at any hour and can transfer the conversation to a person. It comes with the same Full Service plan.
